オアフに引っ越し、一軒家を購入を考えています（現在サンフランシスコ）。お勧めのリアルター（もしくはお勧めしないリアルター）がおりましたら教えてください。
お相性があると思うのですが、
- 売り手に対して交渉力がある
- オアフでの不動産の知識が豊富。
- 駄目な物件は駄目とはっきり言ってくれる。押しつけしない。
- 購入後のサポート（リフォームなど）をしてくれる。
- お世辞などのセールストークが少ない。
