コンドの契約更新について

今月でコンドの契約が終わります。
あとは、1か月前に不動産会社に申し出れば、
いつでも引っ越せるらしいのですが、、
私としては、もう少し長く住みたいと考えています。
(うちは子供がいるため、不動産会社やオーナーから、出て行ってくれと言われても嫌なので)
この場合、再契約した方が良いでしょうか?
まずは、再度6か月間契約して、また、それが切れたら
6か月間契約して。。。みたいな事を考えてます。
どなたか、アドバイスいただけたら幸いです。

質問の意味がよくわかりませんが。
１ヶ月ごとの更新が嫌なら６ヶ月更新の交渉を不動産屋とすれば良いだけでは?
応じてもらえなかれば退去命令が出ないことを祈るのみですね

僕が使ってる不動産会社は、はじめの6ヶ月は契約しましたが、その後は自動的に月極めになりました。

ご意見ありがとうございます。不動産会社にメールをしてみましたが、連絡がきません・・・いつ出ていけと言われても大丈夫なように心の準備をしておきます。
