My 1 year old has a fever and the doctor told me to use Tylenol and Advil every 3 hours alternating. \Â(Not necessary if he sleeps through the night. \Â Yesterday at midnight she cried and was hot, so I gave her the medicine, and in the morning she was still a little over 100℉, so I gave it to her, and at noon she was a little below 100℉ and my husband said she didn't need any more medicine, so I didn't give it to her.
