is it possible to have the test done at Kinoshita Group Hospital when connecting at Haneda when traveling to Hawaii ？

I heard that I need various documents such as PDF data and English documents ・ but I am confused because there are mixed information such as
antigen test is not covered by this test.

Also, I live in a rural area, but when I inquired about a hospital that can issue a negative certificate for travel to the US, I was astonished to learn that it costs 30,000 yen.

I received a PUA through last year, but this year I have not received the 1099-G required for Tax Returen.
Tax Prepare says I should be able to see it from the same site where I received my PUA, but the PUA site has been removed and the site itself is not there.
I think I read about it in the business news late last year or something, but when I actually try to access it, I can't.
Tax Prepare says, "Folks, we're getting it from the site you were receiving it from..." I'm saying that 。。。。

I see that the underground fuel storage tanks in Red Hill have been closed, but what about the damage since last December ？

Hello.
I tried to book a test appointment for a negative certificate for my trip to Hawaii, but
I could not get an appointment for an express test at Kinoshita Group.
I had no choice but to book a PCR test （ which takes at least 4 hours ） at Terminal 2.
Can I enter Hawaii without a printed paper ？
I will be leaving from Narita on that day. So I can wait for 4 hours.
I heard that I can see the test results on my page, is it possible to show this when I enter the country ？
I am worried so I would appreciate it if you could tell me something.
