I understand well regarding the backdating.

I just checked my UI account and
the column where the amount is listed is no longer in red and shows the new WBA for 26 weeks.
It has been about a week since the second INITIAL claim.

As for the backdate, the date input was not possible, so we will check it daily from now on.

This is my first time to post here, but with the help of sunset and others,
and my friends around me, we have managed to get this far.

Sunset, everyone, I will share my current situation.

1, UI balance was 0 the week of 9/26/2020, PEUC1 from 10/3/2020 （ I'll spare you the details, but a lot happened and I actually applied for PEUC1 the first week of November ）

2, I had two call centers in December 2020 Connect ⇨ Both times they say no problem.

3, January 2021 → Reactivate due to transition to PEUC2

4, February 2021, connect to call center ⇨ Told Pending due to Overpayment and told I will get a call and letter. They tell me I have to wait for that.

5, Benefit Year ends on 03/21/2021.

6, Within a week, you will receive an email asking you to submit an Initial Claim as you have Qualified for the new Benefit Year

7, Apply for Initial Claim ⇨ Approved and you will receive a letter with your WBA. You will receive a letter with the WBA. （ The WBA was listed as about $150 lower than the previous WBA ） ⇨ A new Benefit Year is added to your account.

8, Applied for Initial Weekly Certification → Pending

9, UI office called on 4/16 （ Could not answer ） "Reactivate in January, March Initial Claim" and "I would like to check on the Avaiability submitted in the Initial Claim". I called back to the phone I was told, but the line was disconnected due to High Volume. I emailed the UI office to that effect.

10, I logged into my account for the first time in a while, and
a^)13 weeks of PEUC1 that had been Pending since 10/3 was Processed. （ No Overpayment TEL or letter has been received, no evidence of Overpayment being deducted. ）
bœ)Claims made after 1/2/2021 were Disqualified. （ Details says "because the balance was exhausted" ）
cœ)Initial Claim newly applied for in 7 was canceled. （ WBA was more than $25 lower ！ ？ ）
dIt appears that the period （ 6/30/202020 was extended for what appears to be PEUC3.

The process is as follows.

Since PEUC1 has been Pending for more than 26 weeks since 10/3/2020, the timeline may be a little confusing, but after filing the Initial Claim, the WBA was calculated and the PEUC3 was extended at the original WBA amount.

There has been some progress, but it will still take more time as the PEUC2 portion of the 1/2~ has not been approved yet.

Thanks for the advice about "if more than a week has passed".
Yesterday I kept calling for about 5 hours until 4:30pm when the office closed, but I never got through. What I learned yesterday was that as soon as 4:00 PM hits, the announcement changes to something that will not put me on hold again after the line is connected. Hoping to get this resolved by the end of the day, I started calling this morning at 7:45 AM when they opened, and after getting through at exactly 9:00 AM, I had to wait another 9:15 AM before I could speak to a staff member. My labor report from my former employer had recently arrived, and it seemed that the paid payroll had been caught, but the call center staff said, "Please send your pay stubs for April-June and October-December 2020 and your employment status letter from the company by 12:00 PM to the email address I will give you. Please send them to the email address I am going to give you by 12:00 pm. I will check my email at 12 p.m. so you can review the content and show it to your supervisor to move forward. And I will call you after that is done". I asked him if he meant that I have Overpayment ？ and he said "I don't know about that, but right now we are having everyone whose term is not automatically renewed submit this material and we are not giving help to anyone who cannot do that". I had the impression that he was avoiding a Yes/No response to my question. （ Maybe it was just the way he spoke ）
I did what I was told immediately, and while I was out of the office with my phone in mind, there seemed to be an incoming call and the voicemail left said "We are in the extension process, please continue to file as before. The voicemail message I received said, "We are in the extension process, so please continue to file as you have been doing. If you know, I would be very grateful if you could let me know.

（ Question 1 ） As far as I can see in this topic, there are those who got an extension until 6/27 （ Sun ） and others on 6/30 （ Wed ）, is there any significance in the difference ？?

（ Question 2 ） I have not been told anything about overpayment of paid time, how will it be handled ？

（ Question 3 ） If I call this time to get an extension ？

As I told you the reason in #7 of this topic, I am not answering your question at this time, but I will only share what I understand as I know many people have the same question.

There is no particular meaning to the difference. The UI office has not published a reason as to why they are different.

（ Question 2 ） We have not been told anything about overpayment for paid time, how will it be handled ？

The UI office has not confirmed the match between the employer's paid time report and EM The UI office will verify the match between the employer's pay report and the EM's pay report, and only after that verification will Overpayment occur.

As we have advised you several times in the past in various topics, it is important to voluntarily confirm the consistency of labor reports with the employer before submitting a File a Claim Certification in order to avoid an Overpayment. Paid work must be reported.

（ Question 3 ） If I get an extension by calling this time, does that mean I have to call again in June when the upcoming BEY expires ？

Does the "please call in June and if you don't get an extension until September, please call me.

At this point, expect the same arrangement as this time. Unless a new Glitch happens, unless the UI office adds a new rule, it will be one of the following after the Benefit Year End deadline expires in June.

Thank you for sharing this very clear timeline formula.

I feel that the UI office, which has made the Overpayment process a top priority, finally got serious when Sandy realized that the timing of the Benefit Year End expiration and submission of the Initial Claim was long Pending due to a possible Overpayment I feel that they finally got serious about it when they realized that it was in the status of Overpayment.

The UI office seems to want to look into January and March, so it would be a good idea to ask them to turn it over to the Adjuster if it connects to the call center, in order to get it paid sooner for after January 2.
