Unless the unemployment insurance program is decided by the federal government Congress, I should file an Initial Claim in September. You will file an Initial Claim in September unless Congress decides on an unemployment insurance program. Then, if you have （ ＝ Wages ） in the last 18 months, from March 2020 to September 2021, you can calculate your WBA. Since the amount of past income （ ＝ Wages ） will depend on the amount of past income
Wages , it is only in the range of "possible" whether the WBA calculation can be done.
If you file an Initial Claim in September, the UI office will check past wages with the employer and also check if there are any unreported benefits. This means that the screening process will be even more detailed.

Instead of just waiting, they wanted me to send them my paycheck.

I first gave my name and the last 4 digits of my SSN, and
I was suddenly asked "00 is your last employer, correct?" and "No work since then?"
When I answered Yes
"Basically we are trying to find out if you had any wages or PTU's other than severance or PTO in the July ～ September 2020 quarter. We need to check for that." I was told （ in ） English.
I asked ？ "No, we need your pay stubs, so please send all the pay stubs you have received since you applied for unemployment insurance to my main email address. I was told, "No, we need your pay stubs.

the subject line should be "Pay Stubs"

I made a
NEW claim as instructed in the Email I received from UI in June, and the expiration date was extended today.
I was able to file last week without any problems.
