After logging in, I was told that there is a Reactivate a Claim section and I can change it there

I opened it, but I could not find the place to change it.

It was designed to answer various questions, but I couldn't find anything to change Laid off to Furlough.

I have been trying to contact the UI to change my application to Furlough, which I had mistakenly submitted as Laid off, but I have been having trouble getting through.
If you could please tell me the steps to change from the Reactivate a Claim section.

UI appointments can be booked on the web for available dates and times, and you can choose between Zoom or phone support.
You could also choose whether to have an interpreter.

You have to check the site frequently to get a reservation, as there are only pinpoint availability.
Also, when you make a reservation, there is a place to enter your name, date of birth, SSN, and what kind of case it is, so I recommend that you make your questions in advance as it is a memo function. A friend of mine was booked by someone else while he was going through this process.

Reactivate has various questions, and if you proceed, you will find a section called Reason for Separation,
in which you can change the status. You can change the status in that section.
The first question "Please select why you are reactivate your claim" I was told to select Add Employer to claim.
Then you will be asked to fill in your employer's information in the questionnaire.

I just went through the process a few days ago and I'm not sure if I can claim successfully, but I'm going to give it a few days and contact UI if needed again.

I called the call center today.
I was not told to Reactivate a claim.
Maybe it was because I told them I was going back in June on a shortened schedule.
They asked me when I last spoke to the Employer and I told them it was 2 days ago and they said
they would check with the Employer and call me back.
The call center just called back and said that the supervisor had changed it to Furlough.
One thing that will bother Employer is that I started getting UI benefits for switching to Furlough
Employer needs to submit a Low earninsgs report from last March to the present.

In my case, they changed it with UI, so I think that if you are going to change to Furlough, you should
call them before you Reactivate a claim at your own discretion.

I found this on the Job Search website. It appears that there is a way to have the employer submit the form documents.

If you are still attached to a full-time employer, please ask your employer to submit a UC-348 - Verification of Partial Unemployment Status form. Only your employer can submit the UC-348 form. The UI staff will review each UC-348 and change your claim status if necessary. Instructions for your employer on how to submit the UC-348 form can be found here:

However, since the weekly filing due June 5 is coming up next week, I think it would be quicker to contact the call center with Mercury's arrangement rather than waiting too long to review the form documents.
