As you can see from the title, I have had pain in my leg for a year and have been feeling some discomfort, and for the past few months I have been unable to walk much because of the pain. I have been to various places such as massage, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc., but it has not gotten better.

• returning part of my purchase • I gave the receipt to customer service for exchange and the person in charge was operating the cash register while at the same time making another announcement in the store.
• You pay for the item you want to exchange on the spot with your card and leave the store, knowing that it will be deposited in your bank in a few days since you paid by debit card.
（ Here, I inadvertently failed to notice that there was no receipt for the refund. ）
• A week later, you realize that your account has not been refunded and check with customer service again.
• I showed the original receipt to the same person and was told that it was a debit and that I would get a cash refund, but no cash refund was given.
• I tell him I didn't get a receipt for the refund, he says no receipt for cash refund.
• When I ask for the receipt, I am shown a copy of the RETURN TRANSACTION, which is different from the official receipt, and told that I am getting a refund, but I go home unconvinced.

I learned that starting 9/13, I will need to show proof of vaccination or negative proof of vaccination within 48 hours when entering restaurants, bars, entertainment facilities, etc. Is it OK if this proof of vaccination was given outside of the US? ？
I was wondering since the email from the consulate said only that it was proof of vaccination in the US. I'm doing parallel research now, but I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this and would like to share the information with us.
