ハワイでの婚姻届について

米国在住のステラと申します。
オンラインでアプライしてから、オアフへ飛び挙式前に用紙をピックアップして
挙式をしたいと思います。教えていただきたいのは

１）いつまでにオンラインでアプライするべきか。
　　公式サイトでは一ヶ月前とあり　（３０日以内でないと手続きされない）
　　違う検索をすると混んでいるので三ヶ月前とも書かれています。
　　挙式３０日にオンラインでアプライして
　　３０日以内にピックアップ（２、３日後に挙式）の理解でいいでしょうか？
　　経験者の方教えてください。

２）ピックアップの場所は、ヒルトン？ハイアット？でピックアップできると
　　聞いたのですが、役所まで行かずホテルにてピックアップした方がいましたら
　　手配のプロセスを教えてください。　公式サイトには何らその情報がなく
　　どこでピックアップの場所、日時を指定をしたらいいのか、
　　そのほか注意点があれば教えてください。
　　当日、身分証明や申し込み確認のコピーを当事者二人で受け取りに行く予定です。
