I have HMSA's Medicare Advantage ™ (PPO ™) insurance here in Hawaii, but usually a family doctor, specialist, or even a dentist will see you first and send you a bill afterwards that takes your insurance coverage into consideration. As far as I know, the only people who have to pay the full amount out-of-pocket at the time of the medical exam are those who do not have insurance here, as Halo mentioned.
For travelers from Japan who have travel insurance when they leave Japan, I think it is common for them to pay the full amount here at one time and receive payment for the portion covered by their insurance after they return home. I think the Braun Oral-B is the only choice.
The last few versions are compatible with foreign voltages and have many attachments.

A friend of mine uses Dupixent and I asked him about it and he said he gets it prescribed by a dermatologist named Dr. Ryan Sato. He said his friend's insurance is HMSA. He said that without insurance it would cost him $1,000 a bottle, and that he has a friend who has Kiser insurance and gets his prescriptions from other doctors. My son used them until last year.
Both hospital and insurance are Kaiser.
They won't give you ointment or drink medicine without test results that don't work, so if you are still in Japan and it is possible,
I think it would go smoothly if you get your current certificates and test results from your doctor.

but I read in an article in Woman's Health that the only thing you can do if you are really concerned about them is to have them removed by a dermatologist or use a skin smoothing cream
such as retinol, to speed up the process.
In other words, over-the-counter medications won't help, and if you can't wait for it to go away, go to a dermatologist or esthetician.
It's pointless to crush it because it's not clogged up with anything, and it will cause inflammation and more trouble, so I guess I should leave it alone ？.
