The BUSの定期券について…

The BUSの1ヶ月定期(バスパス）の購入期限は毎月何日までですか？１６日から翌月のパスの販売が開始で…その月の分のパスは１５日までしか買えないと書いているのを見たのですが、２０日まで買えると書いてあるのも見ました。。。サテライトシティホールやABCストアではいったい何日までバスパスを買えますか？？ちなみに私は１６日にハワイに到着予定なもので。。。
