乗り物酔い対策

みなさん、乗り物酔い対策はどうされていますか?私は、幼いころは酔い易い体質でしたが、大人になるにつれて、平気になりました。しかし、子供を出産してから、体質が変わったのか、再び酔い易くなってしまいました（実際、吐くほど酷くはありません）。アメリカには、乗り物酔いの薬とまでいかなくて、ハーブやサプリメントなど色々ありますよね。ハワイは小さな場所ですし、ちょっとしたドライブ程度なら、毎回毎回、薬を飲むのは、大袈裟な気がするので、ハーブ等を試してみたいのですが、実際使用された方いらっしゃいますか?

乗り物酔いには、生姜が利くらしいです。
そのほかにも手に巻くバンドもいいみたいです。
