賃貸の税金、本当に政府に支払ってるの？

前々から思ってたことですが、賃貸で借りる時不動産のTAXは政府に支払われるべきものですが
個人貸しで振込先は日本（日本在住の人も含め）本当に政府に税金を支払ってるのでしょうか？
不動産会社の場合は政府に届け出てTAXは政府に支払われてると思いますが、
TAXまを加算して政府に届けてない賃貸オーナーの人って、便乗して自分のポケットに入れてるだけですよね。
どんなもんだろ・・と思いませんか？

きちんとしたオーナーなら　GE TAX LICENSEを持っている筈です。
