離婚を考えています。子供は居ません、ペーパーを提出してコートに行くのでしょうか?
詳しい流れが知りたいです。
平均、どの位で全て終わるかご存知の方教えて下さい。

私も数年前離婚しました。

子供はいないので離婚の手続き完了まで早かったほうですが

弁護士を通じて１年程かかりました。

旦那さんも了承していますか？

私は4年前に子なし財産なしで、合意の元、自分達でDivorce decree作って離婚しました。
相手方が裁判所に行ったりして情報をもらい、書類を作り、私は確認してサインをするだけでしたが、書類を提出するのに当時は100〜200ドルくらいかかったと思います。(確か家庭裁判所のWebsiteに記載がありました)
離婚を合意してから1ヵ月半の間に書類を作成、修正して、書類提出から2ヵ月でFinalになりました。
