偽装結婚通報の仕方教えてください

数年前離婚したアメリカ人夫がテンポラリーグリーンカード保持するアジア人女性と一緒に暮らしています。
すでに元夫との子供も生まれています。グリーンカードスポンサーになった夫はあまり頭がよろしくなく
ほったらかしです。ここに書けない内容があり詳しいことは説明できませんが、いろいろな迷惑を受けています。

通報の仕方を知っていましたら教えてください。

なんで 離婚した 元旦那の事を いつまでも干渉するわけ? 離婚したんだったら 相手が 何しようが ほっておけばいいじゃん! 仮りの永住権を 持っている女性は 2年過ぎたら 確実に10年の 永住権は更新出来ないから 貴女が 心配する必要ないんだよ! 人の世話より 貴女自身 前を向いて進むべきじゃないの? それが 出来ない 貴女は 元旦那と同じく 頭が よくないんじゃないの?
