you must apply for
EB20 after your PEUC pending is accepted and you receive all the money. Otherwise

I can't say this will happen ！ because the system has never done this before.

Even if there were unreported or overpayment, it is unusual for it to take this long and it is really troubling. We may have no other recourse but to just wait and see. With the full reopening of Hawaii being postponed, we hope that the people in the government establishment understand that unemployment insurance is directly related to our lives.
