I am planning to apply for a marriage based green card in the US.

I told them that I wanted to change my name to → First name+Middle name(maiden name)+Last name(husband's last name), but they told me that at this stage I cannot put my middle name, so I should come back with it to change it when my green card comes.

I mailed the clinic payment with a check, but it has been about 10 days and it still has not been debited when I look at my bank account.
