'My name was already informed that she was ineligible to be backdated past September because she received UI benefits for that period.'
The UI （ that I did not receive during the period of moving from Regular UI to PUA ） mid September to end of October was backdated. But what I am asking for is the period from June to the end of July when I could not change to PUA and could not claim Regular UI （ due to incorrect information by PUA staff ） because the school was closed and I could not return to work .

Locals receiving PUA as business owners were also confused by the UC-253 form, which is not designed for business resumption preparation, but they wrote the date, name, contact information, and the results of the activity, and then they wrote the e-mail correspondence with clients and customers （ all dated. ） and others so that he can print copies and submit them whenever requested by the PUA office.

Like both PUA and UI, the UC-253 form is a contact list for each office to follow up on. Think of it as the date, name, contact （ phone number ） not email, and the results of the activity in a way that is easily understood by the office.
