Has anyone applied for CCH rent assistance by Email, fax, or mail ？ The deadline was the 18th, but now the application form download has disappeared from the website and it says they are no longer accepting applications. I would like to send the form by Email even if it is not possible.
If anyone has the form, could you please give it to me ？ Thank you very much.

I have just married my American boyfriend, and now that we have our marriage certificate, we are going through the green card process.

So here is my question. I am on an F-1 VISA and have 12 college credits. I am going to be busy with VISA procedures, etc. I would like to destroy my I-20 and switch my status to I-797C if possible. The international office at the college does not recommend destroying the I-20 until I receive my green card. But I can switch to I-797C and stay. I was told.

Personally, I would like to change my status before I submit my green card paperwork and continue to take classes at the college for 12 credits or less.

Is there any risk there ？

I would appreciate it if you have had a similar experience or have any information.

I'm a person moving to become a sole proprietor in Hawaii in the next two years. I am a green card holder.

Please let me know if you know if there is any rule in Hawaii that allows foreigners to be given visas if they hire a few locals, etc.

In Singapore, if you hire a few locals, you are allowed to issue a visa for one foreigner. I would like to find out if there is something like that in Hawaii.

The IRS made the official announcement today.

Bank transfers will be going out today, December 29 tonight, and next week, and checks will start mailing tomorrow, December 30.

It looks like those who have paid their 2019 taxes will be paid, so those who received the last Stimulus Check of $1,200 will most likely receive it.

Those who have moved since receiving their last check and have not completed the forwarding process should immediately file a change of address online at the post office.

まだ定かではないですが、ニュースで新たなコロナの追加支援が採決されたという記事をみたので、私の理解した範囲だけでも共有できればと思い、投稿しました。間違っているかもなのでその点ご理解ください。また、採決されたけれどもまだトランプ大統領が署名していないのと内容は変更になる可能性があるみたいなので、その点もご注意ください

・追加のStimulus Checkの給付（前回より額が減って大人1人$600.00みたいです。）
・追加の失業保険上乗せ（こちも前回より額が減って週$300.00の上乗せみたいです。）
・追加のPaycheck Protection Program（PPP）（詳細以下に書きます。）
・その他、家賃が支払えない人の立ち退きの延長や家賃援助も組み込まれてるみたいです。

追加のPaycheck Protection Program（PPP）については、1回目のPPPを申請できなかった企業や1回目にPPPを受取って使い果たし、さらなるPPPが必要な企業などが申請できるようです。基本的なルールや返済免除のルールは1回目のPPPと変わらないようですが、一部ホテル業などのホスピタリティ業については申請できる額が増えたり、一部変わっているところもありそうです。また、2度目の申請ができる条件として、従業員が300人以下でかつ売上が前年比25%以上減っている企業に限定されてるみたいです。

その他、EIDL Grantで1万ドルを受取りかつPPPローンも受け取った企業はもともとのルールだと1万ドルをPPPの返済免除手続きの際に返済しないといけなかったですが、どうもこのルールも変更になるみたいです。

あとはPPPローンを使い支払った経費をTax Returnの際に経費として計上できるようになったということも書いてありました。

恐らく来年1月頭には最終的なルールが決定されて、SBAのサイトなどでも情報が公開されると思いますが、先着順は変わらないと思うので、PPPローンが必要な方、ぜひ早めに準備してください。あとはCPAや弁護士の方が詳しい情報を持っていると思うので、正確な情報は各自ご確認ください。

日本の空港に着いたら、コロナ検査し
公共の乗り物を使用せずに家に帰り2週間隔離。こんな感じの流れで大丈夫でしょうか？
ハワイの空港でチェックインする際に検査証明書など必要なものはあるのかご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
