SPF入りのファンデーションかフェイスパウダー

今ファンデーションはメイベリンのFIT!を使ってます。値段の割に良い商品ですがSPF１８で日焼け止めが必要です。
ファンデーションの下に日焼け止めを塗りたくありませんが、こちらのファンデーションはSPF１８が多い感じです。下地にもSPFが入ってないモノが多いし。
アメリカの化粧品は日焼け止めは日焼け止め。ファンデーションはファンデーションと別な感じでしょうか？

ドラッグストアかウォルマート、ターゲット等で購入できるSPF３０以上のファンデーションがあれば教えてください。
日本ではラ ロッシュ ポゼはBBクリームにXLを使ってましたが、とても良かったです。しかしアメリカで販売されてる物とは違うようです。

何かこちらで良い化粧品はないでしょうか・・・
