今、QUESTのHMSAかカイザのどちらに加入しようか悩んでいます。
以前通常の保険を持っていた時にかかった事のある病院では、QUESTはどこのものでも利用ができないと言われ、それならカイザがよいのかと考えつつ、でも病院では日本語が通じた方が、病気の事とか理解できるし…と思ってたりしてます。

そうですね、私もnonnonさんと同じくHMSAをお勧めします。とっさの時に日本語で対応して頂けるお医者さんでHMSAのクエストであれば(他の保険会社のクエストは受け付けてくれるところ少ないです)大丈夫と言われた事あります。
