Hawaiiana was fine ！ ！ My condo manager told me that Built still charges an additional 3 percent
fee if you pay by credit card.

But if Surepay is available, I will get a Built credit card too.

I was thinking that monthly payment by bank debit is a waste of time and money, so I'm glad if HOAFEE can do
too.

Since the BILT credit card has no annual fee, I thought I could apply for it, pay the HOA fee and if the points did not add up, I could cancel the card.

Financial Institution is Evolved Bank and Trust and enter （ Information from Bilt Rewards Support ）
Bilt Rewards Support says they do not issue voided checks but instead issue bank verification letters.
I asked Hawaiiana's Payment Inquiry Team, when setting up SurePay, voided check or bank statement is optional, it is not required. We do inform to double We do inform to double check the information they input Is correct before submitting application.

・ Requirements for earning points
To earn points, they need to make 5 transactions per month using their Bilt credit card.

5 days is a very short period of time, so if you have a large payment schedule, apply for the card according to that schedule. You can earn a lot of points.

I've been thinking that the lack of benefits for paying rent is a waste of money, so
I'm starting to consider earning points here and transferring them to some service that I can use.

By the way, according to a post on reddit,
there is no minimum amount of 5 transactions required other than rent payments, which is fine for small purchases and Split payments.

Also, the first day of every month seems to be a bonus day with points added.
There are also some special bonuses for each month.
For example, last year on Feb 1st, 1 point from Bilt can be transferred to 2 points from Hawaiin Airlines.
Well, I don't think such a special thing happens so often, but it would be nice if that chance comes （ but it would be double the frustration if you miss it ）.

I searched for Evolved Bank and Trust and it appears to be a misspelling of Evolved Bank&Trust.
The "Evolved Bank and Trust" I wrote was copied and pasted from a reply email from Bilt Rewards Support.
However, upon further searching, I found this article.

For accounts opened on or after March 28, 2022, Wells Fargo issues your Bilt Mastercard. you can contact their credit card services department by calling (833) 461-
If your Bilt Mastercard was issued before March 28th, 2022, your issuing bank would be Evolve Bank and Trust, and you can contact their card

I doubt that SurePay will debit your card properly if you enter Evolve Bank&Trust as the name of your financial institution in the SurePay settings.
I wonder if Wells Fargo might be correct ？.
I will ask Bilt's support department again if the information "Evolve Bank&Trust" is correct.
