In this PEUC September Extension Program, we have seen a few locals who tried to resolve the issue on their own by applying for Reactivate a Claim because "Benefit Year End has expired" （. → As a result, it has not been resolved ） .

Within a week, a new balance was added and the Benefit Year End deadline was automatically extended, according to locals who said they just waited and did nothing.

Indeed, Anne also stated in the interview video, "You don't have to do anything".

So never apply for Reactivate a Claim at your own discretion, and only do so when instructed to do so by the UI office.

The UI office is working hard to update each applicant's UI account right now, and the speed at which updates are completed will vary. Please do not be impatient with the difference in the speed of the update and wait 'a week' while checking your e-mail to see what is happening around you.

I am sorry, I would like to ask you about a friend of mine at work, but regarding Gross when you work partial and receive UI, it seems that the amount you file each week will not exceed the set UI WBA amount, but you will receive commission once a month for about 3 WBAx per month. However, I will receive a commission of about WBAx3 once a month. If this is the case, of course, I will be disqualified for that week, but it will be a significant monthly salary, so I wonder if I will not be able to apply for UI in the future ？

Thank you for sharing the situation of the LOCO people.
It seems that many of you are still in a similar situation.
I tried to LOG IN today and found that the last FILE up to March 20 was PENDING.
Also, the balance and other information was still displayed as "This claim has expired as of 03/21/2021".

The first thing to keep in mind is that "commission", "part time" and "hourly" are the same rules.

The Partial Claim section on page 6 of the handbook is the rule. In other words, there is a weekly rule and no monthly rule. Please advise him to re-read the handbook, taking it as not a rule except as written in the handbook. As we have told you before, it depends on how the employer reports labor. Please make sure that the content of the labor report is consistent with your employer before submitting it.
