UIの担当者のメールには

Inactivation wont be necessary, normally all you need is a denial from UI in order to be able to apply for PUA.

と返信がきたので、inactiveにしているのかは今はわかりません。
担当者のメールでやり取りをしているので、メールをしたら返事はくると思います。

この理由レターはまだUIアカウントがactive状態というニュアンスです。UIオフィスにinactiveにしてもらう必要があります。

support箇所の最後にピリオドを含めてしまうと「Page not available」表示になります。

ただし、UIオフィスとPUAオフィスは連携していなく別々の機関なので、UIアカウントをinactiveに出来るのはUIオフィスのみです。PUAオフィスは対応してくれません。

やり取りしているUI担当者に理由レターをスキャン添付し、UIアカウントを完全にinactiveにすることを依頼してください。UIオフィスは他の申請者への対応に回って返信しなくなる場合があるので、1週間経っても返信が無い場合は電話することをお勧めします。

ご連絡ありがとうございます。

すでに担当者にはスキャンしてレターしているので、再度inactivateしてもらえるようにメールしてみます。

URLはピリオドは不必要だったんですね。ありがとうございます。

PUAには申込みができない内容でメールしてあるので、UIと平行に対応していこうと思います。


連絡がない場合は電話してみます。

You don’t need to have your account inactivated. As far as my job is concerned, that part has been done and there are no more unresolved eligibility issues on your claim.
It might take some more time for your claim for PUA to get processed, but unfortunately I don’t know much about PUA.

とりあえずPUAからの連絡を待つしかないですかね。

案の定、UIオフィスとPUAオフィスの間で行き違いがあったようで。

同じような状況でPUAに申し込むことが出来た方々がここで経緯を情報共有してくれるのを待ってみるのも一つの手段かもしれません。
