Yes, once the I-130 is approved by USCIS, the case is sent to the National Visa Center (NVC) at the Department of State, where the NVC coordinates the schedule with the U.S. Embassy in Japan, and after an interview at the Embassy, the immigrant visa is issued. I am in my late 50's and I had mouthpiece braces at Smile Direct Club. I was supposed to have the treatment for 12 months, but when I was not satisfied with the results, they extended the treatment period at no extra charge.
