Hawaiiで年収＄24,000での生活

HawaiiでVisaSponsorをしてくれる会社が見つかり採用を貰ったのですが、AnnualSalaryが＄24,000です。（残業代は別）

そこでお尋ねしたいのですが、実際物価の高いHawaiiでそんな金額で暮らして行けるのでしょうか？そんなに贅沢しなければ、やっていけるものなのでしょうか？SingleなのでTaxで約３割引かれた後の手取りでは、生活するのが難しい様な気がするのですが．．．

でも、他の求人広告を見てもやはり同じくらい給与額が低いものばかりなので、実際に暮らしている皆さんも結構低めの金額で何とかやりくりされているのでしょうか？Hawaiiに住んでいる人達は、仕事の掛け持ちをするのが当たり前みたいなことを以前聞いたことがあります。本当ですか？

教えてください。お願いします。
