機内持込について

イギリス人テロで液体の機内持込は禁止になりましたよね？
機内預かりの場合はどうなんでしょうか？日本のシャンプーや化粧品などはトランクに入れれば持ち込めるのでしょうか？
あと、機内にはハンドバッグすらも持ち込めず、ジップロックみたいなのにパスポートなどを入れているのをTVで見ました。最近飛行機に乗った方や何かご存知の方教えて下さい。
アメリカ国内線の場合も同じでしょうか？

つい２〜３日前にCA〜HI間の飛行機に乗りました。
液体、ジェル、パウダーは、機内持ち込み禁止だったので、全部スーツケースに入れて、Check Inしました。キャリーオンは、財布やID及びコンピューター等のみでした。それならOKでしたよ。
