ハワイで起業を考えています。

ハワイで起業を考えていますが、ハワイの企業は日本とハワイにオフィスがある会社が多いような気がします。やはり、日本にもベースがないと難しいのでしょうか。また両方でネットワークを広げる上でも、アドバイスがございましたらお聞かせください。

日本にベースは無くても良いですが、どんなビジネスかにもよります。ハワイと日本で営業をするならば、ハワイ本店、日本が支店という形で登記しなくては日本での営業はできません。駐在員という形で日本はしばらくというのものありですが、営業はできません。どんなビジネスかによってきます。
ハワイに法人を作れば、売上云々に関わらず四半期ごとにタックス申告があり、年度末には確定申告もあります。法人を作るのは簡単にできますが、そのあとのことを考えておく必要があります。

日本とハワイ（アメリカ）に会社があるのは、Lビザを取得する為です。私は、日本とアメリカで飲食とアパレル関連でのプロデューサーをしています。ビジネスモデルによっては協力出来ると思います。
