I have a Dr. Iizuka （ male ） who is fluent in Japanese who works at the Straub in Ward where Zara1120 went and is a primary care doctor.
Once, I had a routine gynecological checkup, and when I made the appointment, the receptionist suggested, "Would you prefer a female doctor ？?", so I was assigned only that checkup to Dr. Akolea Ioane （ female ） who works at the Ward. Dr. Ioane was charming and kind, although she does not speak Japanese.

When I went to Urgent Care in Straub when I first moved here, I told the receptionist that I was looking for a primary care doctor, and she gave me a list of doctors who were accepting new patients at that time, with their offices. ・ Urgent Care
Straub's Urgent Care does not require an appointment. I have only used the clinic in Waikiki, so I don't know about the status of Urgent Care in Ward.

I called Straub and was told they don't take new patients, straub primary care in ward. I believe that there is a long wait for hours for Urgent Care as well. I went in and asked them and they said the same thing as on the phone. I like straub too. I can manage it by myself, and I can see my patients on video, which is really convenient.
I heard that there is a patient who goes to this fluent Japanese doctor and he said he doesn't take new patients. It is located at Ward Whole Foods. I couldn't get a new patient online, so I have to call every time. I will call again. Thank you very much.

Thank you Straub's fan for such detailed information. Dr. Iizuka of Ward is a young man, isn't he? I still prefer a female doctor.
I was told that once I find a primary care doctor, I can book my next appointment through his/her website
When I called, I was told that there is a possibility of availability in the middle of the month. Ward said something about 3 doctors moving on.
Straub at Ward is about 20 minutes from my house and far away but the office is beautiful and I like it. Thanks and I will keep you posted.
