OPTカード紛失

はじめまして、
OPTガード紛失で大変困っています。もし、同じような状況になった方などアドバイス頂けるとうれしいです。
私は、OPTにもうしこんだのですが、レターまでは届いていたのですが、肝心のカードが届きませんでした。

USCISはすでに郵送済みで、USCISには戻ってきていないと言うし、
POST OFFICEでも既にデリバリー済みだと言われてしまいました。

しかし、私の手元にはOPTカードはまだ届いておらず、手は尽くして探したのですが、見つからなかった為、もう一度APPLYし直しました。

私のようにOPTカードを紛失された経験をお持ちの方いらっしゃいますか?
新しいカードが届くまでどれくらいかかるのでしょうか?

新しい仕事が決まりそうなので、引越しもしたいし、はやくSSNをとらないといけないのですが、USCISのWEBSITEでステータスを確認しても、まだREVIEWになっています。（再APPLYしてから１ヶ月ほど経っています）
近くのイミグレーションのOFFICEにテンポラリーカードを出してくれるか聞きに行ったのですが、再APPLYしているので、その日から３ヶ月たたないと発行できないと言われてしまいました。

同じような経験をしたかた、少ないと思いますが、コメント頂けるとうれしいです。
