Osteria ・ Mozza ・ Residency Opens at Four Seasons Resort Lanai

Lanai, Hawaii - On July 1, 2024, Osteria ・ Mozza ・ Residency, a restaurant combining fresh local ingredients and traditional Italian cuisine, will open at the Four Seasons Resort Lanai, a five-star resort located on the beach on Lanai Island. The resort is a Michelin-starred resort. The resort has entered into a partnership with charismatic chef Nancy ・ Silverton, whose popular Los Angeles restaurants include the Michelin-starred Osteria ・ Mozza, Pizzeria ・ Mozza, and Chi ・ Spacca. This will be the first time the Mozza Restaurant Group has opened a restaurant in Hawaii.
Osteria ・ Mozza ・ Residency will offer a dinner menu featuring salads with fresh vegetables from Sensai ・ Farm on Lanai, fresh pasta kneaded with local eggs, and other dishes prepared with Silverton's traditional Italian cooking techniques using rich island ingredients. The menu is prepared using Silverton's traditional Italian cooking techniques.
