    ★月経前症候群・PMSの診断★
    特別な検査方法はありません。毎月決まって月経の前に症状が現れ、月経が始まるとやわらぐことを確認することが大切です。症状が起こった日時をカレンダーにマークして、月経の周期と関連しているかどうかを確認することをすすめます。体調管理アプリなどの活用もあります。


    ★PMSの対処療法★
    PMSの症状に気がついたら、適切に対処するために、自分のリズムを確認しましょう。生理周期と自分の症状を記録してみましょう。自分の症状を理解することで、症状に対処しやすくなります。自分のパターンを理解することは、前向きなセルフケアへとつながります。
