離婚に詳しい方

私は夫と離婚をしたいと思っています。夫も同意しています。
経済的な理由から、日本の法律で離婚しようと思っていますが、（日本で結婚）
日本での離婚でアメリカで離婚の受理されたことになるのでしょうか?

婚姻届は日米どちらでも出されているのですよね?
日本の区役所等への離婚届けで米国の離婚まで自動的に受理されたことにはなるとはいえません。
日本での区役所等での離婚手続きが米国でも合法的であるかどうかは、各州の法律により違ったかと思います。
法律は改定がありますし、弁護士や役所に確認した方がよろしいかと思います。
